Step Three:
After the reflective path is designed, you move through a personalized series of questions shaped around your themes and inner concerns.
These questions may explore areas such as emotion, attachment, identity, relationships, stress, meaning, self-perception, inner conflict, personal values, and emotional narrative patterns.
The experience is designed to be calm, flexible, and emotionally adaptive.
You may respond through writing or voice reflection, depending on the available format, and you may use your preferred language.
If you choose voice, your responses are converted into text before the reflective analysis begins.
The purpose is not to produce perfect answers.
It is to create space for honest self-expression, personal meaning, and deeper self-understanding.
There are no correct responses here.
Only your experience of yourself.
